Exchanges and Returns

Returns We accept product returns within 7 calendar days of receiving the order , in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. To request a return, send an email to  [email protected]  with: Order number Reason for return Photos of the product, if there is any damage The product must be: In its original packaging No signs of use or damage After we receive the product and confirm the conditions, we will issue a refund within  7 working days , depending on the original payment method. Exchanges We replace products with defects or shipping errors within 30 calendar days of delivery . A new product will be sent at no additional cost after the returned item is analyzed. Customized products As these are custom-made products,  custom skins cannot be returned or exchanged , except in the case of a defect or error in the order. Shipping The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or shipping error.
